Usually staff in a dental office is pleasant, friendly, and understanding. The Staff at Dr. Kaplin's office is RUDE, unfriendly, abrupt, threatening over sending accounts to collections when they are less than a week delinquent. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.....TRUST ME.

The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kaplan is very gentle and and great at making going to the dentist as pain free as possible!
