Been going here since 1986...Absolutely the BEST. Everyone is professional and caring. It just doesn't get any better !!!

My teeth are in worse shape now since I started going to these guys. They don't keep accurate records and are a bunch of liars! I'm going to anther dentist now who will be repairing all their mistakes! My teeth are finally going to look beautiful and not like HORSE teeth for caps! I give dr. Southwood an F-!!!

Dr Steve is like a family member. He came in late on a Sunday night to perform a emergency root canal on my wife. Here is the kicker ... He left his own surprise birthday party thrown by his family. And to boot his wife came to assist him! What a God send. My wife was in no pain almost instantly. And the horror stories about root canals This was the first time we met him and things have only gotten better. I personally have sent a dozen or more people to Dr Steve. Everyone has thanked me.

About Hygienist: Every single hygienist is friendly, professional and extremely clean. After a few visits you get assigned a specific hygienist. As the employees are happy and never leave the practice I have had the same hygienist for over 5 years. That is because some do retire eventually.

This is the best dentist you could ever wish for. The treatment is top notch. The Doctors, Hygienist, Assistants and Office Personnel are very professional but extremely courteous, friendly, happy and accommodating. They deal directly with the insurance companies. We've never had a problem with insurance. Best chair-side manners of any office I've ever been to. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone. Not only does my immediate family go to this office but my dad, my siblings and their children go to Dr. Southwood's office.

About Hygienist: My Hygienist is the best. People think I'm crazy because I love to go to my dentist to see my Hygienist to have my teeth cleaned. She is very thorough, gentle and the best I've ever had. And, I have had numberous offices I've visited over the years. My children love our hygienist. She is so gentle with them and explains each procedure. They have been going to this office since they were toddlers. They actually love going to the dentist. They don't mind ever getting their teeth cleaned.

dr. Southwood has a very clean practice. He also has a great staff that is very personable.

Wonderful Office facilities!!! I moved to Maineville, but I still drive across town because it's such a wonderful, personable experience!

THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS WONDERFUL!! WE LIVE ACROSS TOWN BUT IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE . THEY ARE GREAT WITH CHILDREN TOO!! MY KIDS ACTUALLY ASK WHEN THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT IS!! I HAVE NOT MET ONE PERSON IN THE OFFICE WHO ISN'T GENUINELY KIND!! THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP AND GET YOU IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN AN EMERGENCY!!

We tried lots of others but this dentist is my favorite! worth a drive all the way across town. He's definitely gentle and after three crowns without any problems, I'm convinced he knows what he is doing.
