This is my first visit, but after getting several other recommendations from other Dentist's and not explaining in detail what I needed, Dr Desai and her staff took the time necessary to fully explain all the procedures that I would need, a complete breakdown of costs and gave honest opinions on my options. I will be doing my work here so I will continue review in 6 months.

About Front Desk: Staff were helpful and informative. Not making up answers but getting them from the dentist first. I like to have open and frank answers. And they provided that.

I went in for a cleaning which the dentist I had failed to do. She said I needed a deep cleaning which is a lie. I found out they are telling all their patients that and it's a scam. They need a sanction because this is illegal and highly unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr Desai for well over 10 years. I have had a great experience there every time the staff is nice caring and patient. I have had over 10 fillings and 1 crown done there and have never had any problems!

My family and I have been going to Dr Desai for 18 years. She is most definitely a perfectionist and takes great pride in her work. She did some crown work on my front teeth. She made sure the crowns had perfect size, shape and shade, to give me a perfect smile. She even got the lab technician involved to ensure that the crown was to her and my satisfaction. We are all very happy with her and her staff. She is very caring and conscientious about her treatment plan. She is very reasonable with her prices. She goes way out of her way to help people. We most definitely recommend her to anyone. We love her and she is the best.

Not only do I see Dr. Desai but my entire family has for about 6years. The whole staff is exrtremely nice and caring.

She is a wonderful dentist who seems to really care about my dental care. I have seen her for years and would not want to go anywhere else.

My husband got a few cavities filled from Dr. Desai. He felt that she was rushed, rough and didn't explain the procedures she performed. His teeth no longer rest together properly and has caused him jaw pain even a year later. He had such a terrible experience with her that he no longer wants to go to receive dental services, and has yet to get her shabby work fixed. We will no longer see this doctor.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are very nice and personable, but unfortunately can't make up for the terrible doctor they work under.

She is great dentist as well as very beautiful and friendly person. The staff as well seems very friendly and helpful.
