Family of 4. Very expensive. Their initial cost is reasonable but then they charge the insurance a overly priced rate. You end up paying for what the insurance didn't pay which runs in the 100"s of dollars. Only dentist I ever went to where my insurance had me send the receipts for any work done claiming they was overcharging. The office sent me to collections for 20.00 because of a bill they never sent me. I contacted them to pay to the bill and they said to pay it on the next visit. The following week I received a collection notice and found out it was hurting my credit score. They claimed they removed it until 2 years after I tried to get a loan and it was still on my credit. Dr. Kelly never contacted me to apologize. I have not had any of these issues with my new dentist.

Over charges and keys in codes wrong to insurance so you have to pay more. Rates are above national average. Dont go unless you want to be taken advantage off. We've had problems with the billing dept and Dr. Kelly does not try and work things out with us. He lost 6 patients over 54.00. Does this make good business sense?
