Dr Waddell and his staff makes it easy to understand your bill and the ladies compliment the doctor knowledge and professionalism. My entire family are patients of this office.

Dr. Waddell and his entire staff are extremely professional and pleasant. The office is beautiful and they play such relaxing music. I highly recommend you try him. He is always available even after hours!

About Front Desk: Very calm and professional

About Hygienist: Very nice and knowledgeable. She uses up-to-date equipment and she even checks my mouth for cancer.

Have seen Dr. Waddell's team for regular cleanings, x-rays, cavity, implant, and crown. All work like my original teeth. Treatment was mostly pain free and comfortable. My child goes there too, and feels very comfortable with the team of dentists and hygenists.

About Front Desk: Excellent. Always able to help with appointment changes, sending my estimates to me, and helping with insurance claims.

About Hygienist: Very good. Comfortable regular treatments, etc.

Ive been to dr waddel for cleanings, fillings and extraction. He and his staff are wonderful. I needed in sooner then my appointment and they kept checking for earlier dates and keeping me posted. I was able to get in for extraction l needed and had the best care as always. Best service and care l have ever had at a dental office, thank you!

About Front Desk: Front desk was great with scheduling and making sure all dental work was covered by insurance and let me do a lower payment amount at time of service.

About Hygienist: Had a couple hygienists, don't remember their names but they were great also.

Horrible customer service. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. Dr. Waddell defends his staff who mis treated patient more than one time and bragged about not needed new patients. Would never trust this dentist with myself or my children. I will be sure to spread word about how arrogant and unfriendly this dentist and his staff is. I am disgusted with this practice.

Dr. Waddell is extremely competent and pleasant but they tend to over bill.

Powell dental care is a wonderful place i recomend this place today i have a root canal i did'nt feel pain at all Dr Bill and the staff are so nice they make you feel like they known you for ever thank you for everything
