This was one of the worst experiences i ever had. I went there on my first visit through my insurance for cleaning and was admitted and "exam" by Ms. Kelly (she never gave her last name) who is not a doctor, (Dr. Joseph is older and was in the other room) she tried to up-sell to "deep cleaning" at $625 "co-pay" since "regular cleaning" is included in my policy with no copay, she belittled Dr. Joseph who said my teeth are clean, and when i refused to accept such invasive treatment from a none-doctor she terminated me as patient, she later refused to give me my X-rays, even though she collected from my policy $175 for 2 X-rays and $150 for her "exam" she was rude and hang up the phone on me when i called to get my X-rays, and likewise Ms. Vonda the office manager was rude and hang up on me when i asked for my X-rays. my experience was a disaster, they collected total from me and the insurance $480 and i received nothing for it. I felt like a victim who was savaged by someone i thought i can trust.

One evening in December, I was in excruciating pain and I actually called Dr. Mazzota at his home phone number and he saw me the next day. (that's customer service) He said I had an abscess and relieved the pain.

I have been going to Dr.Mazzotta for years. He is the only Dentist I will go to because he understands and cares about my teeth. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth and never a problem. He is the best!!
