Outstanding dentist and practice, dedicated, efficient, convenient, prompt and always available in emergency. Dr. Smiley handled situation on Christmas eve last year in his normal friendly professional manner, he handled emergency himself in less than an hour. He definitely has patients best interest his main focus.

Very bad experience with Smiley today. I set an appointment today with them for cleaning only and he kick me off because I don't want to take X-Ray because I have no problem without X--Ray for more than ten years. Beside, my younger daughter cancelled the same day appointment because she felt bad for mom, Smiley came out to argue with me, he thought I raised my voices and ask me to leave. I told him my elder daughter is still in the process of teeth cleaning, he immediately came back in and got my daughter out of the dental bed. Smiley is like a money driven monster. No others.

I had a very poor experience. Despite my complaining of a painful tooth for years, he missed a diagnosis of resorption. Ultimatey, I lost the tooth. And because it was inflamed and infected for so long I lost so much bone the implant is very imperfect and I will have pain the rest of my life. I would suggest he spend far more time with patients than he does. He and his staff also misinformed me about teeth whiting suggesting that I wait until the implant was done to whiten. Then, they told me when it was done that the implant color could not be changed so if I wanted to I would need to spend another $2000 to a new implant. I went without a tooth for 9 months in this process and had plenty of time to white the teeth. It would have been a nice treat given the pain without a tooth was awful. I suggest you find another dentist. There are plenty to pick from.

I drive 3 hours for my dental appts! Dr. Smiley and his staff are the best and I would not go anywhere else. He called me himself the night of my procedure to see how I was doing. The care and professionalism I receive is always outstanding.

About Front Desk: Always so welcoming and friendly on the phone. Very considerate of my time when scheduling.

About Hygienist: I've seen a few different people and they were exceptional. Pain free, gentle and can't wait to go back.

Dr. Smiley is wonderful! Knowledgeable and personable - the best around! His office staff is terrific as well. They go above and beyond for their patients. I would recommend Smiley Dental Group to anyone. :)

Very relaxed and friendly staff. Everyone is upbeat and efficient. I never have had to wait very long for my appointments. During my appointments, the dentist and his assistants are very thorough. I don't feel rushed and they are very willing to answer any questions that I may have. The costs are very good, and just a tad more than my husband's long time dentist near Broad St. The building is easy to find, and very well maintained. I recommend this dentist to others for a convenient, thorough, and friendly dental appointment.

About Hygienist: Each visit is a different hygenist and I have found all to be equally friendly and welcoming. Each one has shared useful information on new dental products, which I appreciate. They will honestly tell me which products are worth or not worth buying.

Dr. Smiley is pleasant and competent. The office always bills my insurance for me and I have not had any issues with them. The office is well run. I have not had to wait for my appointment and they have even rushed me through when I have been late to the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Smiley and his staff.

About Hygienist: Peggy is great. She is very detail oriented and works until the tea stains are gone from my teeth every time. She is very thorough and my teeth always feel clean when I leave.

I did not have a very good experience. The Dr. did not fill my cavities and I had to go back twice to have the filling fitted. The woman (not a Dentist) who filled my cavities accidentally filled in between my teeth. I was never before afraid of the dentist...after visiting this office...I now am.

Dr Smiley has been my dentist for 8 years. I've always been very pleased with his work, his recommendations and his follow-up. He makes a personal phone call after a procedure to check on his patients. The staff and the environment is excellent. I'd refer anyone to him.

The best thing about this practice is that I know that I can trust that the dentist will only do dental work that is truly needed. They are very honest and provide moral dental services. The staff is always very friendly. The atmosphere is nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone
