I saw Dr. Asch through the American Dental Centers office on several occasions. The support staff there are very friendly and helpful. It often took months to get an appointment, as Dr. Asch only works at that site one day a week, and they were reluctant to schedule me with other dentists in the office. The facilities I would describe as above average- clean and organized but basic. I never had to wait long to be seen once I was in the office.
I experienced more pain during my procedures (cleaning & fillings) there than I have ever had with a dentist before. I had a lot of soreness and brusing to my cheeks and gums, which was not the case for previous fillings. In addition, at my last visit Dr. Asch became increasingly upset when I did not understand his instructions and continued repeating the same vague instructions louder & louder until he was almost shouting, which I felt was unprofessional.
The fillings (over 6 months later) are intact and I have had no problems with the work.
