Dr. Jackson is kind and patient. He works with you in many ways to ensure that your dental work is top notch but not over the top. He indicated that I did not need any additional work but that my old fillings would eventually be a problem. He gave me a feeling of confidence.
About Front Desk: These work delightful people who joked with me and were willing to offset some of the normal anxiety that exists when going to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

About Hygienist: Very good. She seemed shy but got to work right away and did everything she was supposed to do pain free and pleasantly. I get my teeth cleaned "religiously" so I was very comfortable with her work.

Dr Jackson was rude and disrespectful to both me and my child. When my son expressed that he had pain, he told him to quit complaining. He said my son "refused to cooperate" with a tooth extraction. The tooth was infected, most aduts would not have cooperated!!! The office staff is rude, especially the office manager. Dr Jackson cancelled our appointment with another dentist in the practice so he could schedule us with him, which I was trying to avoid. Told the office b---h to tell Little Hitler we would take our buisness elsewhere. There are better dentists in this practice but the little control freak tries to take over everyone elses business. Go somewhere else

Dr. Jackson is very competent, explains the procedures in both technical terms as well as laymans terms. Overall I had a terrific experience with him and would recommend him to anyone.
