Dr. Spector is so gentle and nice. He actually talks to you and asks how you feel and if you like the results. I've been to dentists that just do the work and walk out of the room without a single word spoken. All of the staff at Dr. Spector's office is extremely nice as well. The front desk always remembers my name and I rarely have to wait more than five minutes. I've never had a problem with billing either. I just told them my insurance and they made all the calls and filed all the paperwork.

The facilities isn't good, because they can't make x-ray, most place when you are their patien you don't need to go to other place to make x-ray. The entire staff isn't nice and very rude. I think Dr. Spector wasn't the cheapest for braces. They weren't very flexible in making adjustments to appointments, retainers, etc. Their new facility isn't very nice too. Overall, they did an bad job. I wasn't very satisfied with my experience,but I don't have other choice after. I wouldn't recommend anyone who needs orthodontic work to go their office. If you don't belive me, you will find out by yourself.

The first time they tried you ok. After you make decision to stay there, they changed right way, the girls who worked there were very rude and they cost too much money they need to make dentistry cheaper for those who have HMO dental insurance. I wish I can run away.

Very nice staff, called me by my 1st name as I walked through the door the 1st time. never had to wait. Dr. Spector especially is very nice. procedures are pain free. Can't speak to cost since my insurance covers everything. Hygenists make me feel quite comfortable - *highly recomended*
