He is a very competent dentist. But he is way over the top in charges compared to other area dentists who went to the same dental school. He has lots of bells and whistles in his office. My husband had 2 crown replacements which cost almost $4000! I showed the bill to my own dentist (who also graduated from OSU medical school) and he said "well, I knew Chris was high in the appropriate range, but I didn't know he was THIS far off the median". He does high cost work before it doesn't really have to be done, and charges far more than others. I'll stick with my own dentist colleague of his, and am encouraging my husband to do so. To be fair, there are others in the Toledo area who do the same dang thing.
