Growing up I found myself in a dental chair on a regular basis. My experiences with dentist's in my adult years was very negative...often the work required "fixing". I found myself at a dead end...until I met Dr. Mick. We discussed options and settled on mini implants. The procedure went exceptionally well. A little discomfort but it has been more than worth it. I would recommend Dr. Mick to anyone !!! I cannot stop smiling now and my fear of the dentist...is gone ! A special "thank you" to Katie who is a great dental assistant..."your kindness is appreciated".

About Front Desk: The office staff is incredible. I feel like family when I come in.

I had Invisalign about eight years ago and it has really changed my entire look. I am so happy with my smile and using Invisalign and seeing the results really gave me a lot of confidence. I get compliments all the time on my beautiful smile and teeth. After the Invisalign, I also had whitening done too. My teeth still to this day are whiter than they have ever been. I am so happy with my smile and no longer have to worry about the way my teeth look.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff seems to really try to remember me and my name. When I walk in and they notice me, say hello, and ask me how I am. I feel very welcome and better about being at the dentist.

About Hygienist: I have experienced all of the hygienists over the years and I do not have anything negative to say at all. At my last cleaning, I had a hygienist who was very nice and seemed to care about me and my teeth. She was very talkative and made me feel welcome there. All of the hygienists seem to hold themselves to a high standard that makes me happy with my teeth when I leave and looking forwrard to coming back. They seem to do a thorough job and my teeth feel cleaner than ever when I am done

I had Invisalign done about 8 years ago and ever since then I am so happy with the way my teeth look. It was so worth doing! I can actually smile now without any embarrassment. Also, I get compliments all the time on my straight teeth and beautiful smile! The process took only about a year for me. It was really easy and completely gave me a new look and a huge boost of confidence. After my Invisalign, I did whitening, which also made my smile even more beautiful, Years later my teeth are still whiter than they have ever been.

About Front Desk: I have never experienced such a wonderful, and caring front desk staff out of every office I have been in. I walk in and they know my name and remember basic information about me even after seeing me only once! I get so excited to go back to my appointments and talk with them!

About Hygienist: I got to experience all of the hygienists on staff over the years and I do not have a single negative thing to say about any of them. They are all very friendly and seem to genuinely care about their patients. It seems that they all hold themselves to a high standard and do a great job that really makes me happy with my teeth and I always want to come back.

About Hygienist: Too bad I have to go through the hygienist to get to a good dentist. Last visit was the worst. She didn't hardly even clean my teeth. The sloppiest work I have ever had. She didn't scrape below the gums, didn't buff all of my teeth and didn't floss them at all . And now I gotta pay for a cleaning as if I had one. Not only is this careless work, it is dangerous for my teeth. Her work has never been that thorough but it is atrocious as of late. Why does the dentist let her get away with this?

I had dental implants. Dr. Mick and his staff did an excellent job on my dental implants. I was so unsure of who to use to do my implants or dentures. I wanted my teeth to be perfect! Your mouth/smile is everything! Alot of times dentures look fake or your smile dosen't look right. I was scared about implants. After everything was said and done, Perfect! They are absolutely beautiful! He was very gentle and informative throughout the process. I'm so glad I chose him to do the surgery. I have a movie star mouth and will recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Mick and his office staff are the nicest group of people I have met in a doctor's/dentist's office. Dr. Mick is kind, patient and knowledgable. He always takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions. I found Dr. Mick looking for a dentist to do Invisalign, and was pleased to find Dr. Mick's office. Invisalign was the best decision I have made cosmetically. I had braces as a kid but didn't wear my retainers, so I had minor changes to make. But the process was smooth and easy, and now Dr. Mick is my dentist as a result! I couldn't be happier with the service I've received there, and I highly recommend Dr. Mick.

About Front Desk: 5 stars - Jo-Lynn and Tessa are SO nice and always extremely helpful. Scheduling and insurance have never been a problem!

Before we were referred to Dr. Walter Mick, my husband and I were going to a dental practice in Pickerington, Ohio. We had many painful, uncomfortable visits there. One example would be the novocain wearing-off when I was getting a filling. I nearly screamed. I won't mention their names, but the dentists have to be the worst in the central Ohio area. Well, we are no longer nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Mick is pain-free! He explains every treatment and has the best "chair-side-manner." His staff is helpful and so pleasant every time we visit. We love our new dentist and highly recommend Dr. Mick in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
