Many years of dental treatments for both my husband & I. Always professional, gental & works well within his alotted time. Doc knows his patients, & his ability to do his job, is excellent. Couldn't be happier with his services.. Atmosphere is always friendly, & the office is always clean, & the employees too. Highest of recomendations are given to this establishment !!

Dr. Theis is the BEST! I used to have a fear of denists, they always caused me pain and I have very sensitive teeth. Dr. Theis is very gentle and caring. He is the actual one who cleans your teeth. Other dental companies usually have the hygienist clean your teeth and then the doctor comes in and barely checks your teeth! I would and have recommend Dr. Theis to all!
About Hygienist: The hygienist is very nice and friendly.

Dr. Theis is a great Dentist for cleanings but for fillings I have had all kinds of problems. Also while most of his staff is great, there is a girl there that has BIG problems with billing so you very well might get short changed.

I BEEN GOING TO DR.DALE THEIS FOR MANY MANY YEARS. HE ACTED LIKE EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON MY TEETH OVER THE YEARS. I MOVE TO FLORIDA IN 2004. I WENT TO A DENTIST FOR A CHECK UP AND CLEANING. I WAS SHOCK WHEN THE DR LU SAID I NEED TO HAVE ALL MY TEETH PULL OUT AND GET DENTURES. I HAD INFECTION IN MY UPPER GUMS. DR. THEIIS ALWAYS TOOK X-RAYS OF MY TEETH, NEVER SAID NOTHING ABOUT INFECTION. I SAW THEM ON THE XRAYS FOR MYSELF. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A VERY LONG TIME. NOW I HAVE TO PAY PAUL B. LU AND DR. PEAK CLOSE TO $10,000. RIGHT BEFORE I LEFT FOR FLORIDA DR. THEIS SAID TO ME , "YOUR TEETH ARE IN PERFECT SHAPE. !!!!! "THE SECRETARY CALL ME IN FLORIDA AND SAID THE INSURANCE WOULDN'T $500.00 AND I SAID NO WAY. I WOULD PAY. THE INSURANCE MONEY WAS SENT TO THEM BUT I GUESS IT WASN'T FAST ENOUGH FOR DR. THEIS. I AM SO DISAPPINTED IN HIM AND I TRULY TRUSTED HIM.. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR A BIG MISTAKE THAT I HAD NO CONTROL OVER.$10,000 DOLLARS IS A LOT COMING OUT OF MY POCKET BECAUSE I TRUSTED MY DENTIST
