I had a cleaning and exam with X-rays and the staff is amazing and very nice! No pain and low cost! I love Rocky River Dental and Dr Farr!

the abolute worst dental care i have ever received. All work, done had to be redone in less than 5 years
i nearly lost a tooth due to dr farr lack of dental care. Every crown had to be redone. poor crowns the worst dental care i have ever received.

expert care and excellent outcomes. my husband and i have had
crowns placed. our family have cleanings per routine. we have had complete satisfaction and excellent control of pain associated with these procedures. staff is competent, professional, and accommodating. office is clean, bright and cheerful.

The customer service was terrible. This was the ONLY dentist I've been to that charges a la carte for services like nitrous oxide, which they becomes a non-coverable expense by insurance. My calls remained unanswered. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Go elsewhere!

I cracked a front tooth in an accident. Dr. Farr was able to build up the remaining tooth and install a crown, but the crown does not fit well and bleeds around the gums.

I had a root canal, several cavities done, and a few routine exams and cleanings over multiple sessions. Dr. Farr has great bed-side manners, he is always very professional but also friendly and patient. The clinic, even though not the most beautiful, has state-of-the-art equipment, a small flat screen TV on every chair, and they even hand you the remote! The staff was professional and attentive. There was some extended waiting involved on ocassion, but at least my own TV helps pass the time where I'm usually just bored to tears elsewhere. It's a silly trick but it works. Very good experience for someone who normally hates dentists!

I had not been to a dentist for 7 years. I was terrified. My wife went to Dr. Farr upon the recommendation of a friend. It was like a miracle! Her smile was completely transformed! So she convinced me to go. I was still skeptical. We live a 40 minute drive away. I made up every excuse I could.
It is now 4 years later and I am a believer. Dr. Farr saved my teeth and gums. The facilities are amazing. The staff could not be any better - from the front of the house - to Bridget - who is nothing short of a miracle worker. I really can't say enough nice things about Dr. Farr and his entire staff. It is because of them I have a healthy perfect smile.
