I went to this office for a mandatory dentist appointment that was schedule for my career. I had an x ray and was told I need fillings. I have insurance through two different companies. I have very good coverage so cost was not an issue but the company was paying for the treatment. The dentist gossiped about her neighbors during the treatment but te fillings turned out good, they were white fillings like I wanted. Besides busting two fillings and cutting my lip badly with a metal object used to file the filling in between my teethwhile working on my mouth everything was ok. Went back the next time to finish fillings and the dentist started out the same but in the end I realized she did silver fillings this time. I was so upset. She explained thats all the company would cover. If this had been explained I would have paid for the treatment on my own. I have had braces and am picky about my appearance. When I called to talk to the dentist a assistant answered and was real snotty. I knew exactly who she was a blonde girl who left the day before to get her child from daycare.
About Hygienist: She said that she had explained to me before any work was done the second visit. I hadn't even spoken to her on that visit. Who gets silver in their mouth anymore? And why would I ever do half white and half silver. I would NEVER recommend this facility. And she busted more fillings the second visit and the tool she used to polish the silver busted in my mouth and hurt and I received no apology. I plan to pursue this further legally. Truly upset I wish I had never even gone. Its gonna to cost me more to get them removed and redone.

The dentist is great and friendly, but her dental hygenist isn't. She will lecture you and make you feel bad. She needs to understand that some of your problems are genetic. Looking for a new dentist because of the hygenist!

Everything is alright, however if you miss an appointment, it will cost you $25

The entire office is clean, neat, and well organized. Waiting is kept to an absolute minimum. The front desk crew is polite, and files all insurance claims for the patient. Dr Miner makes you feel like the only patient in the office, not a stop on the chair to chair "merry go round". Dr Miner has first rate chairside manners, answers questions willingly and thoroughly, and is able to hold conversations on current events while waiting for the novaciane to kick in. Every visit is always a pleasant experience
