I had the worst experience of my life with this dentist, and I've been going to a dentist since I was 13 years old after I had an injury to my mouth resulting lost teeth. Dr DeBaker misled me about the cost for getting a denture. He didn't tell me I
the first denture lasted for 6 months, and then I would have to pay for a final denture. The first one didn't fit my mouth at all for weeks, the teeth were shorter and much yellower than my partial. I could not even close my mouth completely. He is often rude, as is the snotty office manager. He told me he would pay for having the denture redone, but he will now not live up to that oral agreement. I would never, ever recommend anyone to Dr DeBaker -- Well, maybe my worst enemy. He has never cared if he has caused me pain, and when I told him my concerns regarding getting a full upper denture before a huge event in my life, he totally ignored my needs. He started crying once because of his mother's death and since he was just informed that he may have fathered a child. He was going to pay the cost of the new denture if the lab couldn't fix the old one. Staff now can't talk to me. I have made several attempts to contact him. He should definitely have his dental license revoked!
About Front Desk: Roxanne, the chubby office manager is very unprofessional and almost as rude as DeBaker is.

About Hygienist: The male hygienist is very nice and very professional and does a very good job of cleaning teeth and explaining what he is doing.

This dentist told me I had 7 cavities. I got 2 second opinions and both dentists told me I had perfect teeth with NO cavities. I obviously never went back.

I went to this dentist, referred by a friend after I needed an emergency crown, which turned out fine. BUT...I went to him for cleaning and exam and he told me that I had 9 cavities, costing close to $1500. This was shocking since I have barely had any cavities in my life.. I did not have an extra $1500 to spend at the time, eventually, I go to a new dentist on my side of town. Guess what? I have NO cavities!! Was Dr. Debaker trying to rip me off? Beware...

Most of the dental work done by Jesse Debaker needed to be re-done within two years, including two crowns which failed completely. He was unable to correct various problems and actually made the situation worse through his ineptitude. I eventually had to find another dentist.

Been seeing Dr Debaker for years. I don't live close any longer but I still make the drive. Very courteous and professional staff they treat you extremely well.
About Hygienist: Very thorough Hygienist at this practice. Dr Debaker seems to pick the great ones.

Dr. DeBaker is a perfectionist on dental implants. I appreciate his care and concern. Also, the office staff truly looks out for my dental health and wallet! I am so loyral to Dr. DeBaker that I drive from Phoenix to Gilbert - he's that good.

Dr. DeBaker and his staff make me feel comfortable whenever I am in their office, and they go out of their way to take care of me. Before going to his office I always had great anxiety visiting the dentist, but his professionalism and sense of humor put me at ease. He has a clean office environment and the office location is convenient for me and my family.

My family and I have been going to Dr. DeBaker since we moved to Gilbert. He and his staff has always been very professional and helpful. He takes the time to explain any procedures and makes sure you understand why it needs to be done. When needed he has always referred us to very competent colleagues. I strongly recommend Mountain View Dental.
