Dr. Krokum is a really great doctor. He's older and detail oriented. I will be one of his patients until he retires. GREAT doctor!

Dr Krokum and his staff are always professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and above all sanitary. All work has always been done well. I do have one very healthy mouth.

Not concerned about mercury. Claims Mercury fillings are better. My filling fell out.

I saw Dr. Krokum (name fits perfectly) about five years ago for some dental work and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist! He had tremendous trouble numbing my gums and actually started to get impatient with me after I told him I was still uncomfortable with him drilling. He actually gave a very noticeable sigh signaling his frustration. He did a crown on one of my molars and I was almost in tears from the sensitivity while he was doing this. Again, not very proficient with numbing. I felt like I was biting on foil and for most people it's one of the most uncomfortable feelings to be had. A little over a year later I had to have that tooth extracted because of the poor dental work that resulted in an abscess. Also, he failed to install a post in another molar that had a root canal done on it. The crown he put on that tooth was done poorly with a lot of spacing between the gum and the crown. A couple years later I had to have work done on that tooth again but this time I went to a different dentist. She noticed that a post had never been put in after the root canal. She could not believe that had happened and asked where I had my work done. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!

Dr. Krokum is is quiet, thoughtful, and very good technically. I recommend him highly.
