I had a filling done on my bottom back tooth. He then proceeded to tell me I would need a root canal and sent me on my way. I was in extreme pain. I ended up having to call the emergency dentist hotline and the lady refused to tell me who was on call because dr. Richardson thought it could wait until the next day. Luckily for me Dr. Holt, called me and had me come into his office to look at the tooth. Dr. Richardson had no business working on my tooth when the tooth directly above it had just been worked on and was still immensely painful. ok am switching dentists 1st thing Monday morning and will never go back.
About Front Desk: the front desk receptionist is the only good part of the practice. She is an extremely nice lady, who does her best to be helpful and is always kind and courteous.

Dr. Richardson himself is a decent dentist and person. He's known for being very easy on patients. But his staff- eek! Don't expect anything confidential to be kept private, or Dr. Richardson to handle his staff when they get out of control. It's really a shame his employees act like a bunch of miserable school children. Hopefully he sees this review because he has the power to change things! Then people may actually come back to him.
