This office is not a "bad" office if you have really good insurance which few do anymore... AND you only need basic services that don't warrant second opinions. As others have said, they have a very modern office with all the latest stuff, but the cost is over the top if you compare to other dental providers. 1.4 to 2.2 times over the average cost is NOT a FAIR practice. I was being "sold" on the questionable "payment plan - proprietary ins" thing. I was seriously overcharged for my X-rays and exam. I was sold on services I didn't need. I will never go back to this office!

I am very impressed with this dental office. Dr. Black is professional and trustworthy and his staff is top-notch. They do an outstanding job with treatment plans and I always understand completely my treatment and financial obligation. I also enjoy the "spa" extras they provide - fresh coffee, cookies, hot towels and hand wax dips. I definitely recommend this office.

I love Dr. Black's office - Dr. Black is friendly, the staff is great and they always explain my treatment and financial plans in great detail. No confusion. I also like the extras they provide (hand wax, coffee, cookies and a great tailgate party in the fall). I trust them to provide great dental care and wouldn't take my family anywhere else.
About Hygienist: I've had both Anne and Marie clean my and my family's teeth. They've both been working for Dr. Black for many years and I think they are both great and very thorough. You can tell that everyone likes working together.

Customer service seems to be top priority. Everyone is nice and friendly. Never had to wait more then a couple of minutes before I was called back. When I had my crown done, Dr. Black called me the next day to check in on me and make sure I was doing ok. I also get a Hand written Thank You card from them. Who does that??They also have two party's they throw for there customers. They go all out! They also have cookies and coffee for you at there office. I love this place and will never go anywere else. Dr Black is awesome!

Dr. Black's work is top tier. He seems very knowledgeable and up-to-date. His equipment is new and the best available. The staff is friendly, the office is modern and clean. However, his prices are high, and he tends to recommend lots and lots of treatments. If you have a big budget, few dental needs, or are willing to say "no thanks" to recommended services, he is in an excellent choice.
