I was not numbed enough and was awake during the surgery!! Then the wrong pain medication was prescribed (that I clearly told them I was allergic to at the pre-op appt). It took them FOUR hours after surgery to correct their mistake, while I waited in extreme pain. 3 days later (on a Sunday), I developed a severe abscess because no antibiotics were prescribed, even though the extracted tooth was infected, and the Dr. knew it. Nobody from this office answered their emergency number. My phone calls were not returned promptly or at all. My complaints about the pain were dismissed as "it didn't happen."

Dr Dhadli and her entire staff are terrific. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly.
