Dr. Diamond is the BEST!!!!!!! I love that he puts me to ease when I come in. He is very professional, takes his time in explaining what procedures need to be done. Very gently, not rushed and makes a personal connection with you while you're in the chair.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is awesome. I love her.

I call him the Diamond Jim Brady of dentistry. Yes, he knows what he's doing. Yes, his staff have their jobs down pat. Primarily to put maximum pressure on people to spend loads of money on dental work. I'm spoiled, having had a dentist in San Diego for years who knew what he was doing but didn't see me as a way to fund his retirement portfolio or vacation house account. Onward and upward.

I saw Dr. Diamond for approx 4 years and like him a lot but thought he was a little expensive. He arecommended I have my teath cleaned 3 times a year. Hygenist - My teath are brittle and break real easy and they were well aware of this. After bracing her feet on the floor, one tooth broke and she tried to cover it up. (She either broke the tooth or else it was already broke and she did not even know it.) Office Manager - When I said I would not let the hygenist clean my teeth anymore, the office manager told me to 'JUST COME AND PICK UP MY RECORDS). Norma called shortly after to say she had heard what the girl had said but she could not do anything about it and could not report it as the oather girl was her boss, but that Dr. Diamond would clean my teeth and he did for the next 2 or 3 times. Then my lips and gums were swelled and I called to postpone the next cleaning, the office manager called me 'PUFFY LIPS' and said the DR. wanted to see 'PUFFY LIPS". She then refused to let me come get my paper work, saying she would send it to me. She sent me paper copies of 2 year old x-rays. She then refused to let me have my actual X-RAYS. I can do without this treatment.

I would definately recommend Dr. Diamond. His staff is friendly, he is non-threatening and does not push you to obtain services you do not need.

I went in to have my teeth cleaned and Dr. Diamond told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed. Not knowing any better or talking to an oral surgeon, I agreed. I was awake the whole time during the surgery and he was ripping and pulling. Seemed very violent for wisdom teach removal. A few weeks later my jaw started locking up and for the past 10 years I have been suffering from tmd.

Extremely good dentist (therefore not bargain prices but worth every cent!). Equipment and techniques always up to date, keeps up with new development in the field, also very creative and tretament is taylored to the patient. Does VERY SOLID work. No need to have things fixed over and over. I am a very happy customer!
