My husband has just come from Dr. Bennett's office today and he's beaming! First off - my husband is TERRIFIED of dentists and this is the first one he's gone to in 15 YEARS. Kelly, the oral hygenist, was very friendly and pleasant as she first cleaned his teeth and he said that he didn't feel any pain during the time (and his anxiety was VERY high before going). He said that she put him at ease about the experience. She explained what Dr. Bennett would do, explained about the x-rays and so on. Since it was his first visit, he had a cleaning and x-rays/diagnostics of future work. Dr. Bennett was very pleasant and friendly - and very informative. She explained everything she was doing and pointed out the problem areas they would sort out. Dr. Bennett was also witty all the while being very professional. The waiting room was decorated, a friendly environment to put anyone at ease (and the books in reception were fun). We can't really comment on the price (we have insurance) just yet, but this has been such a positive experience so far, we are excited about getting more work done and having her as our family dentist!

I was recommended to Dr. Bennett's office (which is headed by Dr. Clarice Johnston) by a friend who spoke glowingly of the people there. I cannot say enough about them -- the entire office is staffed with great, caring people and my visits are always pleasant(!). In contrast to other dentists I've had, Dr. Bennett has a knack for listening and concentrating with complete focus on the individual patient, as well as a great memory and attention to detail. She goes above and beyond; e.g. does not hesitate to refer to a specialist and then double-check that specialist's conclusions to make sure she is comfortable with them. I get a lot of dental work because of a car-crash/shattered jaw 16 years ago. I've lost six teeth overall and have a crown. Have had two implants started, coordinated by Dr. Bennett with two specialists. Dr. Bennett herself will finish them and I have complete trust that they will be great. I can't really speak to cost with specificity because I'm on insurance, but I can say they do pay attention to costs and shaving them whenever possible. It's bizarre: I have had several dentists over the course of two moves; many were excellent, but never did I feel lucky having them as I do now. I feel extremely safe there.
