My dentist retired, so I had to find a new one. Dr. Mettler and wife, Dr. Griego, have a large practice at 75th Ave and Deer Valley Rd with a large staff of assistants. I spent 2 hours there during which I had x-rays and scans mixed with belittling and a lengthy visit with the finance department. The visit was for an annual cleaning...but they did no cleaning! I saw the dentist for maybe 5 minutes. My former dentist treated me, my time and my money with respect. Mettler and Griego seem to care little about me. I won't be back.

Dr. Mettler was unable to to fix a simple crown. After about 4 tries trying to install it back I was in pain for the next 6 months unable to return do to my location oversea's. Once, I return found out the tooth needs a root canal due to his poor service.

Dr. Mettler is excellent. My whole family and extended family goes to him. I've referred friends. Recently, however, I've been extrememly turned off to the practice because of the office manager, Kimberly. She has been extremely rude and her customer service skills are seriously lacking. I'm looking into other dentists because I have no desire to see her or deal with her again.

My entire family has trusted Dr. Mettler and his professional staff for the past 10 years. His level of care and concern are unsurpassed. I trust his judgment and skills, and find him to be a man of high integrity. He has aided my family in moments of dental need at all hours of the clock, showing equal concern and dedication after-hours as he does during business hours. He once cut short a weekend in the mountains to return to Phoenix and treat my son for a canoeing mishap. My son was able to attend school the next day with a complete smile. I have never shopped price, so cannot comment there, but I've always felt him to be competitive and reasonable. Price is secondary, anyway, when you have someone who responds and cares like Dr. Mettler. He is a value at any price. He has performed above the call repeatedly and consistently. Some professionals get it right sometimes; he gets it right all the time. For that, he has my trust and respect, and thanks.
