I have had a full exam, a filling, several cleanings and help with teeth clenching. Dr. Froehlich and her staff are fantastic. They were helpful, efficient and had great chair-side manners. I would recommend this office to anyone that asks for a dentist.

Dr. Froehlich is the best dentist I've ever had. I moved to Portland two years ago and, being a reluctant patient, did not go to the dentist until recently. She is very thorough, kind, and concerned. I got a filling today and it was completely painless. I've had some bad experiences in the past and she was completely understanding and made me feel very calm. I would recommend her to everyone. Her staff is extraordinarily nice and down to earth. I've had a lot of fillings in the past and have cried in the dentist chair before, which is embarrassing and makes you not want to face the dentist again. When I got the novocaine today she made sure it didn't hurt, and instead of leaving me alone for ten minutes to let the novocaine and my dark memories kick in, she and the hygienist sat and chatted with me, and I got through the process more relaxed than I've ever felt in the dentist chair.

Dr. Froehlich and staff are always very professional, on time and do great work. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Froehlich's very attentive to needs and runs a good office. She's a friendly dentist. Office seems to be busy. One of her female dental techs (older woman w/ brown hair) could use a manners class.

I love going to Deirdre's office. Everyone is always really nice. They have great equipment and nothing ever hurts too bad. They always wear really fun dentist outfits that have fish on them. the office is comfortable. they give you tea while you wait. the Magazine collection is not too bad. Last time i went they were able to squeze me in really quickly. My teath always look great after haveing been to see them at their office. All of the dental assistants are great too. I really enjoy talking to them while they clean my teeth. They are also very nice when it comes to billing. I have moved a number of times and they always get all my infromation right. For a number of years I was living at my parents house and I when I moved out they were able to continue to bill to my parents, but send my cleaning reminders to me. It's hard to find a dentist that will work with you on a one on one basis like that. My whole family goes to see her. My uncle even drives down from Seattle because he thinks she does a really good job. They have pictures on the ceiling for patients to look at while they are looking at your teeth. I thought that was nice of them to think of us bing bored in the chair.

Dr. Froelich put in a crown for me and for my husband, and has handled the cleaning and check-ups on my teeth. She's very thorough and I had the feeling if I did everything as she suggested in our "meetings" in her office, that I could keep my teeth forever. She's a very calm, cool person, and I've found her hygienists and staff to be personable and friendly. The offices are very artistic-looking. Also, Dr. Froelich believes in pain-free dentistry, which was a huge plus for me! Her charges were within what my health insurance provider thought it should cost. She's able to let you know what all the options are before you make a decision for your teeth: cosmetic, orthodontia, or whatever you might need....
