The hygentists are not very aware of patient comfort and the dentist doesn't communicate well about procedures and seems very militaristic and not very personable. Not very compassionate. Would not reccomend.

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Harewood and team. I am 8 months pregnant and I took my two and a half year old in for her first cleaning. They went over and beyond my expectations to take of us. I fully recommend this clinic to anyone.

Although the dental work was good, the front office staff leaves much to be desired. The treatment was rude and uncurteous and that was the same treatment my friend received after being referred to the office. She felt she was treated in a demeaning manner. It's a shame that such good dental work should/could be sabotaged by such poor front office behavior, and even after years of faithful and loyal support as a patient, I received treatment as if I were a person with poor insurance who was trying to "work" it. If you don't correct this problem, most likely it will result in loss of business and I'd hate to see that. I hope you do something about this. I might be forced to seek another dentist if things continue.
About Hygienist: The Hygientist is the best I have ever had ...very pleasant and personable..I really dont like anyone else cleaning my teeth.

At first, I really liked the office and the staff is great. But I've returned to her 3 times because she keeps messing up my filling. She even billed me to correct her own mistake! I really like the office. It's a shame I've had so many problems with her work because I would've enjoyed going back.

I had multiple fillings done by Dr Harewood and at first I was impressed with her office - the receptionists and hygienists were very friendly and they booked me an appointment within a week. However, during one of my appointments for a filling, it took multiple tries for the assistant to give me the numbing shot which was VERY painful. She tried about 3 times and then had to have the Dr come in and do it because she couldn't do it herself. After a couple of fillings I noticed that I still had pain in the area for a couple of weeks whereas with other dentists I've had in the past it was pain-free the following day after the procedure. I also had one incident where Dr. Harewood poked me in the lip on accident with the needle when she was putting it in my mouth. Overall I would not recommend this dentist!

Dr. Harewood and her staff were very nice, caring and professional. I always felt comfortable in the office and the level of service was great. I had several fillings, a root canal, and crown. I have recommended her to multiple friends.

She is very calm, and yet fast. She doesn't try to tell you that your need something you do not.

I went to her after being completely ripped off by a dentist in Beaverton. I was "over diagnosed" with about $2500 worth of dental work, and also had been double billed on my insurance for 2 exams.
Dr Harewood was excellent, she gave me a second opinion, said my mouth was "fine as is" and "let's watch this before we re-do work"...she has a realistic, non-gauging approach to dentistry...honest and simple.
