Dr. Pardo has an excellent disposition, knows his stuff, and has a friendly, professional manner that will make you feel at ease immediately. I started going here right after moving to Phoenix 13 years ago after he was recommended by a longtime resident. He is a master at crowns, and is an outstanding dentist all around. I appreciate the fact that in the time I've been going to him, he has found one cavity - he makes recommendations when they NEED to be done. He's repaired several chips due to a previous accident, and made two exquisite crowns that look and feel very real! Good with children, adults, and everyone in between!

About Hygienist: These ladies are PRO's! They are kind, professional, and do an outstanding job. I wish it were easier to get in, however.

Dr. Pardo is highly skilled but his front office is run by a marketing/money manager weasel faced female who sits in through consultations, pressuring and recommending procedures for the patient. A complete turn-off and it was not clear who was in charge.

Dr. Pardo is a fine dentist. On the other hand there has been problems with billing and customer service associated with his office staff. We have been over billed two years in a row. Each year by more than $150 and his office is slow to respond and refund the amount owed. To most people this is a lot of money. You might assume that this is happening to many of his patients who do not take the time to review the billings and compare to what their insurance coverage is.
If you need a good dentist but don't mind being over billed then this is a good choice for dental service.

I have been going to Dr. Pardo since I got my first teeth. He and his staff have always been wonderful to us. He helped me with cavities when I was younger to getting my teeth white before my wedding. He makes procedures painless and stress-free, which was very important as a child and now as an adult. I would highly recommend Dr. Pardo to anyone!
