No pain insurance helped great chair side manner and front desk

Dr. K is a friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent dentist. He gets what needs to be done efficiently. He has been my dentist for the past eight years. I understand and he explains when there is pain, but he always does his best to warn me and/or lessen it. He is a "thinking" sort of guy, and is interesting to talk with in addition to being a very conscientious dentist.
One complaint: I have had several different Dental Hygienists in his office, and they all have been either "rough" with my mouth, or, as in the current case, quite judgmental about the way I use dental floss and/or brush. True, I could do it more, but my teeth are very clean. I know she wants me to have healthy teeth and gums, but her "mom" manner is denegrating and uncomfortable. I will continue going there, however.
The general office staff is helpful, and I have rarely had any insurance difficulties.

Very professional and courteous, takes the time to fully explain all procedures and answer all questions. Weighs the pros and cons of alternatives and generally puts you at ease. Does not try to convince you to do unnecessary work.

very efficient, not one of those guys who wants to do more work than needed. While he's good, cosmetics are not his best thing. Painlessness and overall solid work is what you get here.

He's great, pain free, friendly. The oral hygenists are top notch.
