Dr. Larson and her dental staff are wonderful. The front office staff is less than adequate. They are chatty and friendly, but makes tons of mistakes, mis-schedule, don't return calls, make billing errors, etc. They drive me (and lots of my friends) crazy!!
We actually switched to another dentist for awhile because of the reception staff, but switched back because Dr. Larson is really wonderful and my kids are getting good dental treatment from her. There is a male hygenist in her practice that is wonderful - really, really good with the kids and efficient. I have heard nice things about the female hygenist as well.

The doctors and the environment are great with the kids, both kids really enjoy the dentist and like going. The office function is not as good, lots of billing problems and inaccuracies in the insurance/accounting area.

My kids have had a great experience here. They actually look forward to going to the dentist. They are quick to get all the kids in so there is no long wait. My kids have not had to have anything other than cleanings and check-ups so I can't speak to more "scary" procedures.
