Cost is very high. You can get same sevices at other dentist's office much cheaper. Talk to them and make sure you understand the cost before you get sevices from them.

Dr. Thompson was rushed when I was in his office, didn't call back in a nighttime emergency, way more expensive than other dentists in the area and his staff was unresponsive to billing inquiries.
When I visited Dr. Thompson for a root canal he was visibly flustered by the amount of work the root canal would take and kept commenting on the difficulty of the procedure. Ultimately, he couldn't get it right and sent me to a specialist, but billed me for a full root canal anyway.
Overall, the root canal, crown buildup and crown was 20% more than 3 other dentists in the same zip code.
His staff gave me an estimate for the root canal, and because they didn't call the insurance first to verify things, ended up costing me $500 more than they originally said. When I called multiple times to talk through the bill, the staff person was very unfriendly and wouldn't call me back.
I've switched dentists and am saving money and have someone who cares about my health and finances.

Dr. Thompson is great. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. His staff is excellent and courteous. I don't have dental insurance and compared costs at 5 of the other area dentists and found his prices to be the lowest. He is not the most informative dentist I have ever had but I actually find that better than an overly talkative or preachy dentist. I would recommend him to anyone.
