I went to this dentist for 10+ years and always thought something was fishy about her practice. The place itself is pretty nasty, and not even a place I'd want to live in, let alone have dental work done in. Dr Stein has inappropriate conversations with both her patients and her employees. The front office staff has been incredibly rude since the one receptionist left. I've seen a dentist since my time with dr Stein and they informed me that the work that was done in my mouth was some of the worst they've ever seen. Don't bother wasting your time and money on this below subpart dentist.

Good dentist, but terrible customer service by the office staff. The office staff is rude and has no idea how to communicate. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Family dentistry? More like all business and careless regarding keeping customers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stein's for years. She is kind caring and makes the appointment fun. My work always feels great. My children love her and my daughter even wants to be a dentist just like her

Switched to this dentist after never having a cavity. Suddenly, I had many cavities, despite never feeling discomfort. Caught onto this trick and switched dentists -- have never had a cavity since. Seems an unlikely coincidence. No matter the convenience of her location, I cannot more strongly recommend going elsewhere.

There are so many bad incidents I had; I don’t know why we ever went back. My youngest son lost a filling on a Thursday. He was in so much pain. I tried to reach Dr. Stein on her emergency number and left several messages. She got back to me on Monday. Thank God we had a friend whom is a denial hygienist and temporally fixed him up. She also charged me for a crown that I never received because after I went to a root canal specialist, he told me the tooth was unable to save and I had to have extracted.

Came in for a root canal. During the 2 1/2 hour process she was caring for other patience while I had clamps in my mouth. It was supposed to cost $750 but after it was done I was told it would cost $845 because she had to use more filling. I did not pay the difference. This was a horrible experience for me, I still have to get a crown but I will not go back to her
