I am baffled by the glowing reviews. First of all it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. He works limited hours four days a week. When you show up plan to sit in the waiting room for at least 15 minutes on a good day and 45 minutes on a bad day. When you get in the room expect to wait another 5-10 minutes for somebody to show up. Dr Bollwinkel doesn't explain the issues well and when he screwed up my implant he made excuses and wanted to charge me to fix his mistake. His prices are significantly higher than others in the area and none of his work has been good. Discolored crowns, cracked crowns after 2 years, etc. When he did my bridge he broke the crown next to the tooth he was working on and didn't mention it. When I got to my car I noticed it, walked back in and he vehemently denied wrong doing but offered to let me pay to fix it. I'm confident this man is a Mormon and his entire customer base must be all the Mormons in Gilbert.

I was told by other doctors that he was the best and he is!! I couldn't have asked for better treatment or better results. His staff is amazing and he is gentle, talented and knowledgeable. Followed up with me and was genuine about my care. Thanks

I would not recommend this dentist. Dr. Bollwinkel is not available for his patients. He only works 3 days a week.

The best referral I've been given. Professional, kind, confindent and knowledgeable. No one knows what I did - but say I look younger and great. He is gifted as an artist with a wonderful staff to help make things that much more comfortable.

This is the second dentist I have visited since my father (a dentist) retired. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they start to feel like family after a while. I have always had a fabulous experience with the hygienists. They do a great job and help me feel comfortable. Dr. Bollwinkel is fast and efficient and does a good job answering questions and explaining procedures. He completed one crown for me and did a great job. I was surprised with how fast he was able to complete the work, and the crown turned out beautifully. The only drawback is that he is now not in my dental insurance network, and without that, the costs are a little high.

I was referred to Dr. Bollwinkel by a friend. It was the best thing I could have done. The service was impressive and the results were nothing short of phenominal. I has one missing tooth which was replaced by a dental implant, after which my smile was re-done with veneers and caps in the back. Over all I would not hesitate referring anyone to Dr. Bollwinkel's office.

I had a porcelain crown on my front tooth. It looks like I was born with it. Now one knows the wiser!
