I would give her 0 stars if I could. She is a lovely person but really a horrible dentist. A family member and I, among others we know, have had ongoing dental problems because of her shoddy work. For example, she botched a basic filling in a small cavity, leaving decay under the filling that allowed the tooth to continue to decay. Years later the filling came out, and a different, higher caliber dentist immediately recognized the problem. This has happened to at least one other person I know and is just an example of her lack of technical dental skills. I would NOT recommend her.

Dr Cramer did a wonderful job for me on 6 cosmetic crowns in the front of my mouth. My new smile is natural looking and much more youthful. I am writing this review because I had a problem 6 months after the original work was completed. A large piece of porcelain sheared off one of my new crowns and needed to be replaced. Dr Cramer had promised to stand behind her work and fix any problems at no cost to me. Of course I hoped no problems would occur but I was impressed and pleased that she was absolutely as good as her word. She replaced the faulty crown quickly and professionally as promised. I only wish she took my dental insurance so I could use her for all my dental work. Unfortunately she is quite expensive and routine work would cost me double or triple the cost if I didn't use a dentist in my network. I would definitely use her again, however for cosmetic work or anything major that my insurance doesn't cover. She is super!

Dr Cramer has been my dentist for almost 10 years. Her office is so great. The assistants are so friendly and knowledgable. Dr Cramer is so kind and gentle and is always there for me. I used to be sooo afraid of the dentist until I went to her office. I can listen to music on headphones while I have my work done.
About Hygienist: All of the 3 hygienists in Dr Cramer's office are great! I've had all 3 and each one is so gentle and nice!
