husband was a patient, had some work done. Due to non-duplication clause on 2' insurance, we were responsible for the balance. I received a letter from Dr. Rose's office on 2/5/07, offering payment arrangments, which we accepted and returned with our first payment. In the time that the correspondance took to get back to the office, and the check be cashed, they sent my husband to collections. IC Systems stating the account was referred 2/21/07 - 16 days after the bill - Recommend them? Not in a million years. Their office staff is lacking compassion, let alone common sense.
