Everyone is so awesome and friendly not to mention professional. It is run pretty smoothly and it was not one of those offices where people dread to go to the dentist. I thoroughly enjoy my time here.

My experincie with de Dr. William J. Recktenwalds was very bad. I do not recommend this dentis, zero commitment to the patients, no salutes, do not talk to the face, just see you, do not question anything.

Went to this dental center hoping to fine a compassionate Dentist based on the reviews. Made an appointment for a consultation and found needed two teeth pulled and possible dentures and implants. I asked them to give a breakdown on what the insurance pays before the year was up so the benefits for 2013 was over. "never happened' I did have the teeth pulled, one tooth broke and the Dentist seemed aggravated it happened. Never once asking me if I was OK even though I was in excruciating pain. after 3 attempts pulling out the tooth I was left in the dentist chair for 45 minutes without a gauge in my bleeding mouth with out the dentist checking on me. I had to ask the assistant whats happening to me and no one knew. So I asked for a gauge and walked out.....Not ONCE anyone asked if I was alright....NEVER going back to this place. Dentist has a attitude and no compassion.

My husband and I both went to Dr. Recktenwald when he was in Drexel Hill, PA. I liked him so much that I, after seeing other dentists because our dental insurance changed and no longer coverage Dr. Recktenwald, tracked him down and went to see him in his Delaware offices (even though I live in PA). I find Dr. Recktenwald's offices to be very comfortable (waiting room has giant fishtank, exam/treatment rooms have TV's on the ceiling and headphones for the patient). The office/support staff is great, too.

Worst dentist I've ever been to. The billing lady hardly speaks any English and is very rude. Recktenwald told me my daughter only had 2 baby teeth and could go get braces and when I brought her to the orthodontist, he told me my daughter had 7 baby teeth left. (which proved to be right when they all started falling out) The billing department kept screwing up when billing my insurance. I recently had a co worker go to him and he told her 15 yr old daughter that she was a baby because she squirmed when he put in a needle. Very Very mean of him. I have changed dentists for my whole family. Horrible.
