Dr. Heleniak is highly skilled with state-of-art treatments/procedures. his chair-side manner is usually rushed, but generally satisfactory.

About Front Desk: In the past, the front office staff had been extremely pleasant, helpful and accurate in their work. Recently (last autumn) there appeared to be a change in staffing and I was treated abruptly when I encountered a new office manager who was argumentative and repeatedly very negative in several phone as well as several in-person contacts. She even refused to allow me to speak directly with Dr. Heleniak. I felt compelled to change to another dentist.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are uniformly pleasant, skillful and quite efficient.

I have been going to North Penn Dental Arts for over five years. Dr. Heleniak is very caring and always makes me feel comfortable. My teeth are in excellent condition thanks in part to the great care I've received from Dr. Heleniak and his staff. If you are looking for a great dentist in the Montgomery or Bucks County area I recommend North Penn Dental Arts. And if you have a fear of dentists you should see him. He specializes in anxiety free dentistry.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff are friendly and professional. I once had a problem with a bill and they were very quick to fix it.

Dr, Heleniak has done examinations, fillings and one root canal for me and fillings for my husband. His staff has always been courteous and friendly. Dr Heleniak clearly explained the condition of my teeth and I am very comfortable with his expertese, caring and followup to be sure I am doing well after my root canal procedure. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heleniak's for over 10 years. My most recent experience involved extraction of 4 wisdom teeth, adding a cap to the adjacent tooth and taking biopsies of my tongue. Dr. Heleniak recommended general anesthesia for my comfort and he was spot on with the recommendation. I had moderate discomfort after the procedure but that is expected. By the third day the pain subsided and I was able to tolerate semi-soft food. The facility is modern, the equipment is current and the staff is very helpful. The one aspect I still can't understand was the cost of the procedure. I have insurance which covers a large percentage of the procedure but we still had to outlay significant $. Despite the cost, I would still recommend Dr. Heleniak and his staff for routine and involved dental work.

Had three appointments and all went poorly. I went for a second opinion and all my suspicions were sadly confirmed. I do not recommend.

My daughter is 13 and she has high anxiety about dentists, Dr. Heleniak was recommended to us by another dentist. She needed a lot of work done on her teeth. Having a child that has to be put under can be very stressful! Dr. Heleniak and his team was very patient and tenderhearted! They told us exactly what was going to happen and half way through surgery, which was 5 hours, he came out to let me know everything was going well. Also paying for this kind of procedure can be overwhelming, they were very helpful and informative on different ways to pay the bill. Dr Heleniak and his staff are top notch, they really care and love to help in anyway they can to make you feel comfortable. I totally recommend Dr. Heleniak, he really does care! Debbie Tellis

I an very anxiet when going to the Dentist and he is realy great and makes me feel at ease. HE GETS IT

I have nothing but nice words for Dr. Heleniak. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and he does a great job. His staff is great too. I would definitely recommend him.
