I was truly impressed when I called Dr. Leo Conway's office yesterday (05/11/2011) to seek information requested by my current insurance carrier, on an old crown which needed to be replaced. All I knew for sure (from my current dental office) was that it was done over 10 years ago - and I had no idea by whom. It was what I deemed a wild-goose chase.
I could hear Dr. Conway in the background recalling (to the person on the phone) my name, my ex-husband's name and his insurance carrier - from 15 years ago. I was amazed by that; and then I got a call within five hours with the information his office had retrieved from "archive". That was even more remarkable!
His service and personal care were always excellent. I would not hesitate to go back to his office if my situation changed.

Dr. Conway is a very good dentist. The work he did on my teeth was great. He is also pretty flexible with scheduling.
