Dr Klein is wonderful. He is courteous, funny, committed, and knowledgeable. I love having him as my dentist. He is the best dentist I have had so far and I recommend him to anyone.

About Front Desk: The front desk is couteous, efficient, and very friendly. I love them all.

About Hygienist: Very friendly and thorough hyugienists. They do a great job and I enjoy speaking with them each time I come to the office.

My husband and I see Dr. Klein every 6mo for cleanings. I think he is very honest and only does work that needs to be done. He's also willing to recommend you to a different dentist / oral surgeon if the work is out of his scope. All of his recommendations have been equally professional. He's friendly and kind. My husband didn't go to the dentist for 15 years; he was afraid and needed a lot of work. Dr. Klein and his staff made my husband feel so comfortable that he now goes every 6mo without issue.

About Hygienist: Every Hygienist I have seen is excellent. The work is quick, but thorough and they are personable. Gina, Karen and Irene are just great!

Dr. Klein and his hygienist staff have been excellent over the years for myself and family. He is very honest about work that needs to be done, but does not over prescribe or push any procedures that are optional. From my experience, Dr. Klein is 100% trustworthy.

I am 20+ year patient of Dr. Klein. I have referred friends and family and we're all thrilled with the relationship. Pros: - Kind - Gentle - Thorough - Good Quality work - He values my comfort and minimizes pain - Upgrades equipment (over time I see upgrades like digital x-rays and new computers) Cons: - The office doesn't participate in a lot of insurance plans. - The cost is always just a few dollars more than the "reasonable and customary" costs that my insurance will pay (only $4 or $6). Anecdotes: - I travel far to see Dr. Klein and one time I tried a closer dentist. But the other dentist recommended periodontal cleaning and extra visits that Dr. Klein never recommended. I went back to Dr. Klein and he confirmed I didn't need those extra costs or treatments. In my experience, Dr. Klein only does what's necessary. - On one of my visits with Dr. Klein I needed a filling. I was anxious and asked for "the gas." We discussed it and I tried it and I immediately hated it. I had him shut it off and we didn't use it. We did it with just Novocain and it was fine. He didn't charge me for the gas either. I highly recommend Dr. Klein. If you are choosing a new dentist, stop looking and pick him. He's worth it.

About Front Desk: Elisa is wonderful. She is pleasant and gives you her full attention. She is very helpful in estimating what my insurance will cover and doesn't make me feel bad for asking.

About Hygienist: I usually get Lori or Irene. They are great. They are gentle, amiable, thorough and patient with my many questions. They even keep track of the fact that I don't like mint and use different flavored polishes on me. It's always a pleasure to see them.

I have been seeing Dr. Klein for many years. From the start he was very personable, and has always conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, with competence and expertise. Dr. Klein has always put my welfare first in his approach to treatment and billing. I am extreemely satisfied, and would recommend him to anyone who is searching for a new dentist.

Dr. Klein has been my dentist for years. I've had a number of dental procedures done by him, from fillings to crowns and more. He does excellent work, pain free, and the results are always terrific. He has a very pleasant chair side manner and both he and his office staff demonstrate a genuine concern for their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Klein and his staff to anyone seeking a great dental provider.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff at Dr. Ronald Klein's practice are very helpful and accommodating. They have a pleasant demeanor, both over the phone and in person and are willing to work around my schedule in setting my appointments. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful with insurance matters.

About Hygienist: Karen (part of Dr. Ronald Klein's practice) has been my hygenist for years and does terrific work. She is gentle but thorough and offers helpful advice for my dental care. Her chair side mannerisms are calming and pleasant and I always have that clean feeling when she is done.

Dr. Klein needed to give me my very FIRST root canal and Dr. Klein was amazing. I was petrified and he made me feel comfortable and Pain FREE. I have to go back to day to build up the tooth and prepare for a crown. I have had REALLY bad experiences at dentists until I finally found Dr. Klein. He is amazing, puts you at ease and tells you exactly what he's going to be doing and keeps you pain free. I feel very comfortable going to his office now. Where before I went kicking and screaming. Not literally but! Because I really disliked dentists until NOW. I would recommend them to ANYONE! My son even goes to their office and is very comfortable with Dr. Klein. He is 15. I would recommend Dr. Klein to EVERYONE! And I do.

About Front Desk: The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and kind. I have a great experience every time I go to the office with the staff, dentist, hygienist . I would recomment them to everyone.

Dr. Klein is an extremely competent and compassionate dentist. I started with him 19 years ago and had significant anxiety at dental visits. He worked with me where I was at, as did the hygienists, and since then my fears have been completely alleviated. The office is efficiently run, there is never any wait time and the staff are all pleasant. In addition, the hygienists and staff at the front desk have been long time employees speaking to their contentment as employees as well as to the continuity and consistency for patients. Terrific dental office in every aspect.

About Hygienist: All the hygienists in the office are terrific. They are friendly, competent and make you feel very comfortble.

I was treated by Dr. Klein for more than 10 years. Almost every year, he can find something wrong with my teeth and had to do fillings and my teeth never get better. Then In 2009, he plans doing a crown on my two teeth. But he did a poor job that I have to do a root canal which cost extra $1000 more than planned. That's my last straw. I switched dentist and my teeth has been very good since I switched. By the way, I have Merck insurance but I always have to pay extra out of my pocket even for routine cleaning.

About Front Desk: Staff is polite.

About Hygienist: You will always get bloody.
