I have decided to write this review after three years of poor service from Dr. Theresa Au who shares an office with Dr. Augustine Au. She is unfriendly, rough on the edges and impersonal. Recently, my filling came out, which was done three weeks ago. I also heard from friends that they provided poor service but I wanted to try out their office anyway. I regret that I didn't listen to my friends beforehand!
If there is anything good to be said about the office, their administrative team provides nice and friendly service. Unfortunately, Dr. Theresa Au treats the administrative team very rudely and yells at them a lot! Horrible.
