I would NOT use this dentist. He was ok for cleanings. He indicated he needed to eat a cookie before my root canal, as he was so tired. I should have left then. He did the root canal and botched it. I had a major jaw infection and he did not call me back after multiple phone calls to his office staff. My family doctor told me to go to the ER. I ended up seeing a specialist, who change my antibiotic and I survived. Had I listened to Dr. Goldberg to stay on Clindamycin, I would probably be dead.

I went to Dr. Goldberg when I was 27 he said I was too young for dentures. When I went back to him and told him I dont want root canal or anything else just dentures he again tried to talk me out of it. He genuinly cares about his patients.

Dr. Goldberg even did my root canal - he does everything!
He gives a painless needle, has a good sense of humor, and is very skilled.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Goldberg. He is probably the ONLY medical professional I have ever dealt with that schedules a reasoanble amount of appointments in any given hour. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes. He is a nice guy, good at what he does, affordable and most importantly timely. His staff is a pleasure to deal with and always get me in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend him!

Tremendous health-care, best value money-wise. Would highly recommend him as a primary dentist, or even for a second opinion. Always conscious of the cost to the customer.

Great staff. Friendly, helpful, caring, and professional. They make you feel welcomed and answer all your questions. Hygienist is the best I ever had. All Insurance taken and they help when not.

Began to see Dr. Goldberg in summer 2005 because my insurance changed (to Keystone Dental). Prior to that, I saw Dr. Scott Bonomo from Society Hill Dental (Bourse Buidling) -- if you need to find a new dentist, get in touch with Dr. Bonomo -- he has a GREAT office!
Dr. Goldberg is a nice man and seemed competent, but I had a few problems with his office:
- The office does NOT send any kind of reminder to patients about appointments; when your appt. is scheduled for 6 months ahead, that is asking a lot from patients, and it's a bad way to run an office.
- Getting an appointment with the hygienist for a cleaning can be a long wait; I called in early July and was told I could not get in until mid-September because the hygienist is "going on vacation."
- Based on this experience, I decided there have to be better choices so I am currently looking for a new dentist.
