I had a cerac crown done, he ground the tooth too low, the crown broke, leached, broke off in 3 months, non one would replace as it was too low, had to have extracted, and now I need an implant.. He had his assistant seat the crown, he costs you nothing but pain and money!!!

My Experience: Crown

Duration: 4 hours

This dentist and office staffs are very unethical... Dr Feldhake took advantage of my son's toothache and did a lot of unnecessary work! They did not tell us ahead of time what the work need to be done. At the end of the visit, they charged us a huge amount of money out of pocket and max out our dental insurance plan. The staff was very unethical to pressure me to pay the bill right there in office without giving me a chance to review their billing scam. I question their motive of this dental office... They are obviously in for the money!! Stay away from this dentist office!

My special needs grandson has had to have extnsive care. This is the only dentist that he'll go to although we live in Prescott. Dr. hit it off with him from the first visit because he treats each patient as an individual. Amazing man.

terrible office, unclean I ended up with cold sores all over my mouth. My implants had to be redone by another dentist. I would never go back. The service has continued to go downhill,

I was appalled at what I heard in the dental office the other day that i was there. I guess they do sedations for patients who have down syndrome, and i could not belive what i heard. I heard the assistant calling the patient an f*#$@ retard, and Dr Feldhake and the assistants were making fun of the patients. They did not realize I was standing there, but after what i heard i just left the office before my appointment. The office manager was the most unproffessional of all, if that is possible. The words that came out of her mouth were just filthy words you would hear in a bar. I guess you just never know what goes on behind close doors, but this has left a bad tast in my mouth.

Office people were very rude. They did not bill insurance correctly and pushed for personal payment. One of the dentists in the office took healthy teeth and filed them down and then rebuilt with composite to even out. Ended up lasting 2 years, looked terrible and had to pay for veneers, which didn't stay on and hurt to have done.
