My son and I have used this dental office for about eleven years and we have always been satisfied with their services.

Crown replacement Wisdom tooth removal Clean etc No pain at any point, Very easy going, Clean facilities, Experienced Staff. Recommended.

About Hygienist: Audra- Superb, Thoughtful & Gentle. Recommended

Like many in the Area, I have gone through a variety of dentists. So far I have had a pleasant experience at this office. Customer service is excellent, and they have a very flexible schedule. Cost was very good after my dental insurance covered the rest, definitely on the lower end cost wise. Dr. Luftman was very knowledgeable and incredibly effective.

Dr. Jack Luftman is the most professional and honest dentist I have ever met. I am going on 70 years old and have had a few dentists in my time to realize that Dr. Luftman has your best interest in mind with every examination and will only do what he knows is necessary to keep your teeth in healthy condition. A sure sign of an honest dentist is if his staff stays with him for years. He has had the same staff for most of the time I was a patient. Dr. Luftman is the only dentist that I would recommend without concern that your visit to his office would not have you feeling safe and glad to have found him.

About Hygienist: Susan, was my Hygienist for many years and she was able to retire from Dr. Luftman's office. We had many years together and we found a fun friendship and looking forward to our few visits each year to clean my teeth. She was with Dr. Luftman for so many years because she respected and cared for Dr. Luftman's ability to take care of his patients. I now have Angel as my Hygienist and she is a wonderful replacement for Susan. If you need a dentist in this area you have to try Dr. Jack Luftman's office in the valley. You won't be sorry.

many procedures all went well,would recommend to others. dr luftman is a caring dentist,as pain free as possible.office staff is great,very friendly

My Human resource department sent me the incorrect dental card and when I saw Dr Luftman, they never confirmed my plan, never told me they didn't, they took a full set of xrays but never told me I would be responsible for it. Then they turned me over to collections without any help from their staff. I have never had such a terrible experience with a dental office. I will not recommend him or definitely his staff to anyone.

My frail and elderly grandmother went in to see this dentist for a new-patient routine visit and ended up in the emergency room with the WORST dental pain the very next day, first thing in the morning. I didn't know it was possible for a so-called 'Dr.' to mess a person up that badly! H also charged her VERY expensive rates.

I had lower dentures done. (about 2 mths. ago) They don't fit all that well and I will have to use Polident to keep them in place. The dentures look strange. A few of his (Dr. Luftman's) Assistants are rude and don't act like they know what they are doing. The cost was high in my opinion. I , being a Senior, asked for a small discount but they wouldn't give it to me. Sherie L Richmond

I am not a frequent dental patient, as I am one of the more fearful people of the dentist you'll ever meet. They did a good job of keeping the pain and the stress low. The dental assistants were pleasant and Dr. Luftman didn't have the "high and mighty" syndrome some dentists seem to carry. There was no pressure for additional work, just a reminder to keep a healthy dental routine up, and that was it. Overall I'd use him again.

Staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Luftman is a little rough around the edges and provided mixed results.
