I have been going to this Dr for a few years now. He is both patient kind doesn't try to talk you into anything. He gives different options about how your problem can be fixed. Its your choice however he does offer suggestions. His staff is amazingly nice and efficient.

Bought the best dentures. The elite. Paid in full for both sets and immediate dentures. I could not immediately wear then. Never wore the bottoms. When i complained i was told the next set will be better. The top teeth looks like chicklet gum. And the bottons way too long for my mouth. Looks like im chewing tobaco. Ive asked for a refund for the 2nd set i have not got yet. I got a run around on how they would fix everything. They never tried. They started on 2nd set of dentures and the teeth are huge. They did not care. Did not say they would work it out. Even tried to get me to sign a paper saying i was satisfied with my dentures. They thought id sign it without reading it first. Asking for my refund again. Have talked to a attorney who is contacting Dental cares next. Dont use!

About Hygienist: Very nice people. Do not make sure your dentures fit. Get you in and out as fast as possible. Do not care if they fit.

This office charges you for missed appointments even when you call to cancel. The office manager is rude and not very bright. I would think the dentist could pick up on this. It's his office after all.

Great Doctor!!! He could even fix the root canal that was done poorly by an other dentist.

I went to see Dr. Smith for a teeth cleaning. The hygienists were very nice, and everyone in the office was pretty relaxed. They just let me carry the clipboard with my paperwork back to the patient room to continue filling out my info during my x-rays. They have a small staff, and everyone was so friendly. As it turned out, I have some small cavities, and I have scheduled an appointment for next week to get them filled. My health insurance covered all of this visit, so I'm very glad that I took care of it!
