My family started going to Dr. Cooper when he opened his practice in Grayhawk more out of convenience than anything else.
15+ years later we are still extremely satisfied with him, his work, ethics, phenomenal care and staff.
We trust him completely and any specialist he has referred us to has been very professional and competent.

I had a tooth extracted. I don't live in the state, and walked in the office in quite a bit of pain with no appointment, or reference. I didn't even call ahead of time, I just showed up.
Dr. Cooper and his staff immediately made me feel like I was a regular patient, and treated me instantly, with unbelievable kindness..I waited less than 5 minutes after filling out my insurane info, and was talikng to the Dr. immediately.
I have never written a review about any Dr's before, but felt compelled to let those of you who live in the area know what a great dentist you have in your area, and to show my gratitude. Though he had other patients in the office as well, they treated me within minutes, and when I left the office, Dr Cooper gave me his cell # , and told me I could reach him anytime if any problems. I was stunned when he actually called me later that night (on a Friday night!) to check on me. I can't say enough about Dr. Cooper, and his staff. I give Dr Cooper a "12", on a 10 point scale, and highly recommend him...thank you Dr. Cooper!!
About Hygienist: The hygenist was very nice, and made me feel very comfortable. She let me know she had had the same tooth extracted herself, and put me at ease. I literally felt like I was at a resort spa, and I only wish I lived in AZ, so this could be my regular dentist! HIghest recommendation..excellent, proffessional service, and very good people more importantly!!!

Best dentist in AZ. Mitch helped my wife out in an emergency and I then decided to have him do 6 crowns and some other work since my mouth had suffered from years of sports abuse!
He is very detailed and a super nice guy. I spent weeks in this man's care and can not say enough good things about Mitch.

Dr Cooper replaced a crown I had serviced by another dentist. I had called Dr Cooper's office late one Friday afterrnoon after my crown cracked that was done by another dentist 2 years ago. I explained my situation with the receptionist and from there I have had nothing but great customer service. First they asked if I was in any pain. Once I told them I was fine they still insisted on getting me in right away. He was even going to stay late or do it that weekend. Instead I told them Monday was fine. I went into the office on Monday and received one of the best services I've received in years. He explained what type of composite I had before, what he was putting on now, and what he was doing during the procedure. Dr. Cooper is such a perfectionist that he took his time and did it right. He even sent me to a color specialist to ensure the crown had the most natural look next to my other teeth. I was surprised when I received a call from him that evening asking how I was feeling and if I was in any pain. That's definitely customer service you don't find anymore. I am so pleased with Dr. Cooper and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Cooper is a genuinely intelligent dentist who is dedicated to his practice. He not only cares for his staff and patients, but is precise about his dental work and providing patients with the best service.

I had x-rays, cleaning and examination as a new patient. Cleaning caused quite a bit of pain and upon exam with explorer Dr Cooper may have irratated tooth that has crown needing to be replaced. Chair side manner was surprisingly hurried and blunt, did not introduce self on first ever appointment etc. Biggest problem is that Iv'e had a severe toothache and have not been able to get a follow up appointment for 2 weeks even though I am an established patient. Seems that no room is left in schedule for urgent appointments. Front desk staff doesn't seem to get that someone with a severe toothache might need to be seen sooner than 2 weeks. Dr. Cooper may just be overbooked, maybe he does really good work once you see him but if you are prone to needing emergency type appointments you might want to see another dentist. Also, estimate for crown may be a little high at $1200. but this is North Scottsdale so perhaps he is in the ballpark.
About Hygienist: Hygenist was fine, manners were nice cleaning was ok but Could have caused problem irritating tooth, I can't really say, I don't think she caused the toothache though.

Very thourough, great bedside manner and retains his staff and trains them well. Very little turnover whic means a great deal to me. The last dentist I went to went through hygeinists like there was a reward for it. I highly recommend him if you need a Dentist. 10 out of 10!!

By far the best dentist I have had in 50 years. Dr. Cooper's follow up is second to none and his staff is the most professional I could ask for. My entire family goes to Dr. Cooper. I strongly recommend this dentist.

been terrified of Dentists but Dr Cooper truly gives
definition to the term Gentle Dental.....
