Dr Ploch and his staff are great! I never had a bad experience there and I've been going there for the last 2 years. A co-worker recommended me and I am so glad she did. The staff is always so friendly and the office is always neat and clean! I definitely would refer anyone to him.

I went to Dr. Ploch because he was on my insurance plan and his office was in Collierville. I was scheduled for my yearly cleaning on Oct. 31, 2005. On Sept. 25, I suddenly had a horrible toothache, Dr. Ploch office was called. They returned the call on Oct. 26 and told me to come in. When I arrived, I told the staff that I had a severe toothache but didn't know what tooth but it was on the left side. An x-ray was done and Dr. Ploch told me that he didn't see anything wrong but it could be some irritation in the gums. He gave me a script for antibotics. On Oct 31, after having my teeth cleaned, I was told there was a small cavity right side and need a filling which was done Nov 7, which he told me every thing looked great and return in 6 months. On Dec. 5, I had a severe toothache on the left upper back teeth. I went to Dr. Ploch office. Dr. Ploch took another x-ray and said I needed a root canal because there was decay under a crown. When I went in September, He took a single tooth x-ray of one tooth on the bottom. That PM I saw another Dentist and it was 2 teeth on the top left that had leaking crowns with decay, requiring immediate pulpotomy to both and root canals to follow.
