I have received outstanding care from Dr. Douglas and his staff. I needed a tremendous amount of dental work when I first met Dr. Douglas.. I met with the office manager and created a treatment plan.. I am an extreme dental phobic and wasn't sure how I was going to make it thought all the procedures I needed. I am happy to say that I am very close to having all work completed. Dr. Douglas and his staff helped me to prioritize which procedures needed immediate attention and which ones could wait. The office worked and continues to work with my insurance so I am never in shock about the total cost. When I need lengthy and complicated procedures, Dr. Douglas was more than willing to work with a dental anesthesiologist I had used for root canals at another office. I am extremely pleased with the quality of care I have received and Dr. Douglas does a top notch job!!! I also want to say that Kandice, my hygienist is incredible. she know all about my dental anxiety and handles it well. I go for cleanings frequently and have no anxiety whatsoever. My teeth are in much better shape thanks to Dr. Douglas and his kind, caring, and compassionate staff.

About Front Desk: I cannot say enough aout the front desk staff. There are 3 women who are always smiling and ready to help. Mimi, Alicia and Kenzie. Tosha is outstanding but unfortunately she is leaving. They have always been helpful willing to help me any way they can.

About Hygienist: Words cannot begin to describe how wonderful Kandice is. She is incredible, fabulous , knowledgeable, funny and a perfectionist!!! Love her!!!!!!

I am a total dental phobic and have the worst gag reflex. It is extremely difficult..at times impossible to get x rays or have any dental work done on back teeth. Dr Douglas allowed a dental anesthesiologist I had prior experience with to come into his office and sedate me with an IV.I just had this done and am in no pain. Dr. Douglas even called me to see how I am feeling. He is extremely sensitive to my special needs and I am very comfortable in his office. Its nice to find someone who truly understands what it means to be dental phobic

About Hygienist: Three words...best hygienist EVER. I have major dental issues and have my teeth cleaned quite frequently. Candace is highly recommended. She knows all about my gag reflex and she is thorough but gentle. i actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned! She also has a wonderful personality!!! I look forward to seeing her.

Dr Douglas did a crown on my back molar. He was very efficent and caring. The needle was "painless", which also happens to be his nickname.

Dr Douglas is so awesome! He makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had a crown placed and the results were great!! I even got to put a picture on my crown. I would definatley recommend Dr. Douglas to others!!

Dr. Douglas is awesome, he is a super friendly guy with a fun office staff. I have never had any issues with my cleanings or fillings. I got wonderful results with my invisalign treatment. I highly recommend him.

I will never recommend this dentist to anyone.... I was pressured every time I came to the office into changing out old fillings. I know they didn't look the best but I had NO trouble with my teeth and did not see the need. However Dr. Douglas made it sound as if my teeth were falling apart? I did agree to replace some of my lower jaw fillings. I was told it would be $900 out of pocket, after he had started the work (drilled out all the fillings upper and lower) he stopped and stated he would be back. He came back with a lady from the front office holding paper work, Dr Douglas states "I can't finish the work with what I've quoted you, there is more work needed" The lady goes on to show me the new price for the work.....$3125.00 OMG!!!! As I sat looking at the amount and feeling totally taken advantage of with over 3/4's of my fillings drilled I was left with no choice but to agree.... I left in tears and no-one cared.............Be aware what your getting into with this doctor. He is always peddling something (even if you don't need it).

I felt more like a meal ticket than a patient. My crown was botched and I had a lot of pain w/ no response to my emergency calls.

I was rushed into selecting my choice of caps on my front teeth. There was an agressive and somewhat rude girl(DeDe)) who was unsymapathetic when I had to change an appointment due to a family emergency, but I had heard so many good things about Dr Douglas that a kept my 2nd appointment. After 2 times and the lab not having them righ or back when I was there I got them place and they was till something a little off and I am now going to someone else to fix all of this
