Dr. Doan is the most caring dentist I have ever met! Our family's first experience with him was when my sister, Nicole Reeves, was badly in need of a root canal. She was referred to Dr. Doan through the Church Health Group, and he took such excellent care of her that when a friend of ours, who had no insurance and little money, got and absest tooth and needed emergency treatment, I could only think of one person to go to. Dr. Doan saw my friend and treated him that same day. He also set up a payment plan that my friend could afford. In addition to this my friend has returned to Dr. Doan for quite a bit of dental work, all set up on an affordable payment plan for someone in the service industry who is unfortunately without insurance; this work included treatment of absests, an extraction, fillings, and front teeth crowns. There is no question that Dr. Doan literally saved my friend's teeth, and my friend Brian Bruner is no longer afraid of smiling as he was before. So, of course, when I set out to look for a new dentist, their was no question in my mind who I wanted to go see, and I am proud to say I made my own first appointment for a cleaning and check-up with Dr. Doan this morning.
About Hygienist: The hygienist we worked with was as friendly and caring as Dr. Doan himself. I enjoyed talking to her about my job and where my friend worked, where we used to live and a number of other things. Everyone we came in contact with at the Family Dentistry office was amazing and easy to work with, especially when it came to the million dollar questions- Did we have insurance? (no), Could we afford to pay for treatment today? (no). The staff worked with my own family and friend as if they were taking care of their own mothers. The experience I had was unreal and refreshing to say the least.
