Dr. Smith put crowns on my four "upper" front teeth. Only one was chipped but I wanted all my front teeth to look the same. Due to anxiety, Dr. Smith prescribed me one pill to take once I walked into his office and gave me gas during the procedure. Additionally, I was required to have a person bring me in and take me home. Dr. Smith was comforting and explained everything to me and I understood everything he was doing during each part of the "crown" process. I could not have wished for a better experience or for a better smile!!! I now have the most beautiful teeth and a MILLION DOLLAR SMILE. I hate going to the Dentist; however, I will not go to anyone else but Dr. Smith. I can't say enough about him, his work, or my awesome smile/teeth.
About Front Desk: Very personable and efficient. They handled my insurance claim without any problems.

About Hygienist: I don't remember the name of the Hygienist; however, she was very polite and helped me stay calm during the cleaning. I hate going to the Dentist and was sedated but stayed calm and she didn't hurt me or make my gums bleed.

Dr. Smith has been my dentist for a number of years; I have had 3 other dentists over the last 40 years and he is their equal or better. He is personable but always professional. Gives patient plenty of time for thorough checking and answers questions clearly. Little discomfort, no anxiety in treatment. Cost seems competitive to me. I gave him an overall 3 because I have not broad enough experience to say absolute best and I would not expect facilities like a health spa or service like a 5-star hotel (silliness!) but I've recommended him without reservation to others.
About Front Desk: I've had several people who helped me: all excellent, polite, good with changing appts, taking care of insurance, giving me records for tax purposes.
About Hygienist: I've had several: all exellent!!!!!

Dr. Smith is an excellent dentist. He takes his time and does not rush with the work. While working, he tends to be concentrating more that any other dentist that I've encountered.

Don't be there. they're expensive with poor skills. I did 3 crowns there a year ago. Now all three crowns have different problems...One is even broken.

Dr. Smith is the best at pain free procedures from shots to root canals. There is no pain even after a root canal. He is the best!

Dr. Smith is the best dentist I have ever been to; I would never change. I have seen him for over 10 years and he is great. When he gives your shot you never feel it, he has the best bedside manner and his staff is great. Thanks Dr. Smith for making the dental experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend him!

Latest equipment, new facilities. Very professional approach. Staff is knowledgeble and very nice. I've been a patient of Dr Smith for 2 years after evaluting several doctors. My only compalint is that Dr Smith is very often overly busy and has no time to aswer your questions or provide recommendations.

I can't really tell whether he is a good doctor or not since I was only in his office twice. But he seems Super busy when talking to me. It seems that he doesn't have enough time for each patient, which makes me uncomfortable. But the girls in the office including Hygienist are very patient and nice. I did once scaling(?deep cleaning) there. The doctor anaesthetized me. He did very well, but I think he use too much anaesthetic for deep cleaning. He is not in the list of PDP of my insurance, which means I need to pay a little more for visiting him. I decide to try someone else.
