Beware, she has a hot temper. She was very nice until she was filling a cavity for me and grew very upset that I required more Novicaine. It was very bizarre behavior.

I have not seen her in a while, but she was my child hood dentist for 15 years and Ican't wait to go back to her AWESOME!

I suffer from EXTREME dentistphobia.
I had put off seeing a denist for months and I ended up with EXTREME pain. (Root canal and crown time now)
When I entered the office everyone was very nice and extra understanding of my panic attact situatation; just from walking in the door!
I cant really say if the cost is cheap or expensive but I live in Scottsdale so it is most likely more expensive than in other areas. However, the staff and doctors mannerisms are worth much more than I was charged.
As far as a Health spa setting it is not. To be honest I would not want to go to a dentist that has spent that much money on decor. Her office is nice and comfortable and not intimidating.
The Dr. Mills has changed some of my fear of dentists.
Dr. Mills was understanding, gentle, and walked me through my panic attack and fear of just sitting in "The chair."
If you are as scared as I am to see a dentist...I highly recommend Dr. Mills.

Dr Mills office is small and of average quality, but enough to get the job done. Her and her staff are very friendly and even send out personalized holiday cards. The cleanings are very thorough and the recommendations are strong. Beware of an up-front pre-screening. These are "required" first appointments where they evaluate your teeth, but don't do any work. I think the prices are a little high, be hey, it's Scottsdale.

This office is great, always on time with taking patients, friendly staff, clean office, and Dr. Mills is very sweet! In addition to the common holiday and burthday cards sent, this office even sent a newsletter updating patients on staff changes, hygentist who passed certain qualification test, new cosmetic procedures, etc.
