Very expensive and work fell out. He sold his practice and hung me out to dry.

Charged me $15,000 and promptly sold his practice and I was hung out to dry. Four crowns have fallen out, I experience pain, my anxiety from going to dentists have escalated. I am still paying off the $15,00 1.5 years later and the work is falling out and looks really fake. When I smile I think it looks like dentures. Patients beware!
