Dr. Robillard and her staff are fantastic. My last treatment was not a complete success, but it was not Dr. Robillard's fault and she would not stop until she found the problem and solved it. When my insurance later tried to back out of paying, Dr. Robillard and her staff worked with me to give me the time and space I needed to get the situation remedied.
